How To Achieve The Deepest Dark Mahogany Stain

Follow these tried-and-tested aftercare tips provided by Geeta Goradia to ensure your bridal henna stain develops into a rich dark brown tint for your main wedding day.

Leave Henna Paste For 6-8 Hours

Keep the paste on skin undisturbed. Apply warm lemon-sugar syrup dabbed lightly with cotton to seal moisture.

NO Water For At Least 12 Hours

Scrape off dry henna gently with oil or butter. Do NOT wash with soap or water for the first 12 to 24 hours.

Apply Eucalyptus / Clove Fumes

Expose scraped hands gently to warm steam from cloves on a skillet or massage with natural herbal balm.
